Please note: We will file the necessary applications for your Business Formation requirements. You will be responsible for completing many of the necessary tasks recommended for the success of your Business’s Start-Up & Launch. You will be educated on how to carry out the specified tasks in the Step-by-Step Guidance you receive during our Coaching Calls.
If you prefer to have all of the services done for you, you must inquire once we have the initial consultation. We will then discuss customizing a Start-Up Plan for you. A completely turnkey start-up plan will require an additional fee, which we will also discuss during the consultation.

STANDARD PROCESSING
PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 DAYS FOR GOALS & GOLD’S PROCESSING TIME:
We’ll process your paperwork and then send it to the Secretary of State, who’ll form your business. Goals & Gold’s processing time is based on business days and doesn't include Secretary of State processing times, which may vary. Processing time may be sooner.
EXPEDITED PROCESSING
PLEASE ALLOW 1 DAY FOR GOALS & GOLD’S EXPEDITED PROCESSING TIME:
We’ll process your paperwork in 1 day, sometimes sooner. We send it to the Secretary of State, who’ll form your business. Goals & Gold’s processing time is based on business days and doesn't include Secretary of State processing times, which may vary.
You are not obligated to choose expedited processing. If preferred, please be sure to select “expedited processing” to have it applied to your order.
REGISTERED AGENT
If you don’t have a registered agent for your LLC, please add our Registered Agent Registration to your order. A registered agent is required for your business. If you are unfamiliar, please review the additional information on Registered Agents in its description, prior to making your choice.
You can always do your own research or supply your own, if preferred.
