    👩‍👧‍👦 MOM & ME YOGA (Single Session)

    ‍ ‍45 minutes · $188 (incl. up to 2 kids, additional +$22/per child)

    A grounding, structured, and calming introduction to wellness for mothers and young children (ages 1–12).

    This session teaches children how to slow down, breathe with intention, follow guided movement, and stay present, skills that nurture emotional intelligence and self-regulation early on.

    This experience focuses on:

    • Building focus and inner stillness

    • Breath awareness and calming techniques

    • Healthy bonding between mother and child

    • Early self-regulation skills & Emotional grounding

    • Gentle, flowing movement appropriate for a child’s body

    • Introducing mindfulness in a way children can understand

    This is not a “play” session; it’s a gentle, discipline-building practice that helps children learn how to settle their energy, connect to their bodies, and feel safe and regulated.

    A beautiful introduction to mindfulness for both of you.
